Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

• Free cancellation within [X minutes/hours] of booking
• Cancellation after that may incur charges

2. Cancellation Charges

• Before technician assignment → No charge
• After technician assigned → Partial charge
• After technician reaches location → Full charge

3. Cancellation by Service Provider

• If a provider cancels, user can reschedule or get a full refund

4. No-Show Policy

• If user is unavailable at location, it will be treated as a cancellation
• Charges may apply

5. Rescheduling

Users can reschedule bookings based on availability without extra charges (within allowed time)
