3. Service Providers

• Service professionals are independent partners, not employees of HomeMender
• HomeMender verifies profiles but does not guarantee service outcomes

4. Payments

• Users must pay service charges as shown in the app
• Payments may include service fees, taxes, and platform charges
• HomeMender reserves the right to update pricing

5. Cancellations & No-Show

• Users must cancel within the allowed time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges

6. Liability

• HomeMender is not liable for damages caused by service providers
• Users must report issues within 24 hours of service completion

7. Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the platform
• Fraudulent bookings
• Harassment of service providers

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
