Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided if:

• Service was not delivered
• Service provider did not arrive
• Payment was deducted but booking failed

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• Service was completed successfully
• Customer cancels after service has started
• Dissatisfaction without valid reason

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Verification

HomeMender reserves the right to verify claims before processing refunds.
