1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be provided if:
- Service was not delivered
- Service provider did not arrive
- Payment was deducted but booking failed
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Service was completed successfully
- Customer cancels after service has started
- Dissatisfaction without valid reason
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Verification
HomeMender reserves the right to verify claims before processing refunds.
